A "Simple" extraction (covered by the $250) is when the tooth is visible and can be removed without cutting the gum. A "Surgical" extraction is needed if the tooth is broken at the gum line or has curved roots. We will tell you which one you need before we start.
Yes! We recommend placing a "socket preservation" bone graft at the time of extraction to keep the bone ready for an implant. Dr. Park can discuss this with you.
